By supporting Bits of Freedom you show that your company is committed to online privacy and internet freedom. We are proud to name all our corporate donors on this page and in our annual report. There are other ways of collaborating: Like our get-togethers over drinks or our networking events of Bits of Freedom or our workshops to staff.

Our corporate donors come in all shapes and sizes: From one-person businesses to large corporations. That is why we have six different categories: To make it possible for any entrepreneur to become a donor of Bits of Freedom and join our fight for internet freedom.

Petabit donors

One petabit is 1015 bits. That’s a 1 with no less than 16 zeroes!

Bits of Freedom’s petabit donors give a 1 with 4 zeroes, or EUR 10,000 (or more) per year (but never more than 10% of our continuity reserve).

Terabit donors

Terabit stems from the Greek word teras meaning something like “of impressive size”.
Terabit donors donate between EUR 5,000 and EUR 9,999 per year.

Greenhost

Greenhost provides IT services with an ethical and sustainable approach. Their goal is to offer users the full potential of the internet while protecting their privacy.

Gigabit donors

A gigabit is 1 billion bits. Giga much! Gigabit donors donate between EUR 5,000 and EUR 4,999 per year.
