Today is the day! No, today was the day. Last week, we reported that we expect the verdict in our case against Meta today. This has now been postponed to October 2. We are still waiting eagerly.

Last week, we faced Meta in court. Our goal: as a user, you should have a fair choice about the information you are presented with on Facebook and Instagram. This is important for a well-functioning public debate, especially in times of elections. We wrote about it before.

We are still confident about our case. We are therefore looking forward to this Thursday. We do not know exactly what time the verdict will be announced. Of course we'll keep you informed!
